TED Conferences 2013 TED recruited us to help make the TED conferences in 2013 at the Long Beach Convention Center the event of the year. Guests flew in from all over the nation to hear the selected guest speakers impart their knowledge, invention, or artistic skill in one of our beautiful clearspan structures right over the water. The intricate design and and classiness of the event's physical appearance along with the inspiring speeches given by the speakers made the 2013 TED conferences an event not to be missed.	Swedish House Mafia's One Last Tour- The Masquerade Motel Swedish House Mafia and L ive Nation worked together to put on an amazing last performance by the swedish dance music trio at the Los Angeles State Historic Park in downtown LA and we were recruited to help out. Live Nation asked us to build them a custom tent for the Swede's 2010 documentary that gave fans an unprecendented look at Swedish House Mafia on stage and behind the scenes. From the documentary screening in The Ballroom tent to hearing them live on stage, fans truly enjoyed this last live performance by Swedish House Mafia.	Mary Kay's 50th Anniversary Celebration As a commemoration and celebration of fifty years of Mary Kay cosmetics, Mary Kay hosted a celebrity artist makeover event for its most loyal employees at the Grove in Los Angeles. Zoom 7 asked us to build two connecting structures in the small grassy area of the Grove and we rose to the occasion. The event was a huge success and the tent looked phenomenal to all passerbys.
Seth MacFarlane Oscar After Party Seth Macfarlane hosted an exquisite afterparty after entertaining us all night as the host of the Oscars and we were recruited in helping Night Vision Entertainmen t make the party one of a kind. The party was held inside a beautiful 40M by 40M clearspan structure located on the Lot in Hollywood. Guests celebrated their wins and danced the night away under this beautifully decorated custom clearspan tent.	Fox Golden Globes 2013 The 2013 Golden Globes ceremony was once again hosted at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. For the 3rd year in a row, FOX television recruited us to construct a beautiful Clearspan tent adjacent to the Hilton for FOX’s Viewing and After Party. Our team constructed the magnificent customized structure in record time much to the joy of the FOX team working with us. A clear top with the FOX logo can be proudly seen from skys above and inside the tent. Congratulations to all of the 2013 Golden Globe winners and glad the FOX afterparty was another success!	Beverly Hills Private Wedding A couples' desire to have their wedding in the Beverly Hills backyard of the grooms' childhood home helped us to kick off 2013 with a bang. The winter wonderland theme really paired exquisitely with our 40 ft wide clearspan tent both inside and outside the tent. It was a beautiful wedding to kick off to 2013!
Los Angeles Philharmonic Gala Every year, the Los Angeles Philharmonic holds an exquisite gala for its upstanding members and we have been fortunate to be apart of it for the 4th year in a row. We built a beautiful customized clearspan structure right in front of Disney Hall in downtown LA. The gala was a huge success as members danced the night away in a luxurious clear tent dressed in a Modern theme this year.	Marriot Residence Inn The Residence Marriot Inn in Manhattan Beach was remodeling their banquet room and need a temporary solution during the construction. Hollywood Tentworks designed a custom clearspan structure complete with flooring and climate control to function as their temporary banquet room during the remodel. Our client says it is an extraordinary temporary solution-too good to be true!	Youtube's Grand Opening in Los Angeles Google was rolling out a new building for Youtube in Los Angeles for production and they needed a tent to spice up their grand opening. We exceeded their expectations with a customized red arcum clearspan structure to suit the needs of their spectacular grand opening where aspiring filmakers all over Los Angeles were invited to celebrate Youtube's new production wonderland.
The Bungalow at the Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica This year The Bungalow, a popular outdoor night club at the luxurious Fairmont on Santa Monica, recruited us to design an especially tall clear structure to cover their patio for the rainy season. This 17 ft high structure contains the entire patio of the night club including the enormously tall trees in the middle of it. This clearspan structure sure is a sight to see on Ocean Boulevard.	Porsche LA Auto Show Porsche enlisted Hollywood Tentworks to construct an Arcum tent as an extension to its exhibition at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show at the LA Convention Center. The sleek design of the structure complimented the curvature of the new Porsche Turismo.	Audi at Motorsport Ranch Audi enthusiasts took to the Motorsport Ranch track in Cresson, Texas to test the limits of the luxurious and sporty S-Line cars. Hollywood Tentworks constructed hard glass wall Clearspan structures track-side as the gathering and information stations. The clear gable ends and white top allowed for great light and also shade cover for climate control. The brand new S4, S6 and S8 Audis looked great parked along side this cutting-edge structure.
